RECO Process description
Initial Contact
The client contacts RECO by email at info@recopalvelut.fi. A RECO professional will then get in touch to arrange an initial consultation to discuss the assignment and begin the planning process.
Assignment Planning Meeting
The first meeting is designed to understand the client's objectives and introduce RECO's services, investigative methods, and operational process. The primary purpose of the meeting is to establish a clear framework for the assignment, define the scope of work, and identify the key success criteria. During the meeting, AI-assisted transcription is used to produce accurate written meeting minutes and record the information required for the service agreement.
Service Agreement & Quotation
If necessary, a follow-up meeting will be arranged. During this meeting, a RECO professional presents a proposed investigation plan, a detailed cost estimate, and an expected project timeline. At the conclusion of the meeting, the client may either sign the service agreement electronically or confirm acceptance via email.
50% Advance Payment
Before the assignment begins, RECO invoices 50% of the estimated total project cost. Work will not commence until the advance payment has been received. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon completion of the assignment. The final investigation report and all supporting evidence will only be released after full payment has been received.
Assignment Execution
Assignments may be carried out either in close cooperation with the client, with regular communication and coordination, or independently with minimal client involvement, depending on the agreed approach. Every assignment is conducted by a minimum of two investigators. One investigator operates in the field while the second serves as the Operations Controller, coordinating the investigation, monitoring progress, providing remote support, and assisting the field investigator throughout the operation. The Operations Controller is included as part of RECO's standard operating model and does not result in any additional cost to the client.
Reporting & Delivery of Evidence
Once the assignment has been completed, RECO prepares a comprehensive, professional investigation report summarizing all relevant findings. All agreed evidence, documentation, photographs, videos, and other supporting material are delivered to the client. Any remaining assignment-related material that is not required for delivery is securely destroyed in accordance with RECO's data retention and privacy policies.
Success Guarantee RECO offers a Success Guarantee of up to 50% of the assignment fee.
A refund may be granted if:
-
The assignment cannot be completed successfully.
-
The assignment is terminated by mutual agreement with the client.
-
The evidence obtained is insufficient to support the agreed objective.
Please note: No refund will be granted solely because no criminal activity, misconduct, or other wrongdoing is discovered. Establishing that no misconduct has occurred is also considered a successful investigative outcome and is not grounds for compensation.
